The access is done by an alley with plane trees. This entirely fenced ground is a luxuriant park full of Mediterranean species, palm trees and four seasons’ mimosas. A gate leads to a small pebbles’ creek. The main house was built in the late nineteenth century and was enlarged and renovated in the 50s. It faces the South and offers 12 rooms on 3 levels, including 6 bedrooms. The sea view is omnipresent. The guardians’ house is about 80m² and offers 2 bedrooms.
