Between Sanary and Cassis, only 20 minutes from Marseille, we reach La Ciotat.
Behind 3 metres high of stone walls, there is a flat ground of 2000 m², planted with olive trees, pines and palm trees. This residence was built in 1880 and has been recently renovated. It understands 5 bedrooms and large terraces thus extending the living rooms. A small building shelters an independent studio and an old stone cistern renovated into a workroom. A cellar is built into a "secret" underground.
